The car was brand new and clean! It was perfect for our trip visiting Bulgaria! The modern technology inside the car made navigation very easy even for someone who has never driven in the country before with speed limits being indicated on the dashboard as well as gps! I highly recommend top rent a car Sofia! The staff were also very friendly and clear!

The company provides good quality of cars and service, I am their fair customer over 8 years. This time on the way to pick up the car from parking by arrival the buses were not calculated to passengers, so only the drivers travelled to parking and picked up later the others from the airport. For some this was confusing. Further the pick up place on Terminal 2 was not well labelled, so one needed to wait for bus with label travel for future. On the way back the navigation system didn’t recognise the address drop off parking, so one need to notice himself the way

They are very kindness, polite, attentive to you. Everything, what you will not understand, company staff will explain and will explain so many times, how many you will needed. The staff at the airport was extremely helpful and cordial. I had a bad experience renting the car due to some card issue from “easy rent” and these guys helped me a lot.
Top rent a car did not try to take advantage of the situation and provided me with the best possible deal.
The car was brand new and I must say these guys are going to my go to car company any time I am in Bulgaria.

Very dissatisfied with the services provided by your car rental company. I'm a VIP member with this rent a car more than 12 reservations.
In spite of giving me a car that belongs to home 2 you + giving me a wrong power of attorney (As I'm taking the car abroad) with misspelling my first + last name
I was late in the car return, couldn't call them as the signal was weak, their customer service name Stoyka contacted me and threatening me if I don't pay the delay expenses + extra day she will take the whole deposit!.

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service , the poor condition of the conversation and the intimidating by them, please pay attention that I'm the VIP member, what will happen to the normal member, nobody knows!.

I have been using Top Rent a Car for years. Reasonable prices, clean and new cars, helpful staff.
The only bad moment (introduced last year) - an additional fee for picking up a car from the terminals on Sofia airport

Everything was very good, just one note, I suggest they put more signage near the shuttle that picks up the customers to the office (I had a hard time finding the location where we have to wait for the shuttle that picked us up to the rental office) I will come back to rent from you ) thanx a lot

My experience with Top Rent A Car was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a team of friendly and attentive staff who made the entire process a breeze. Despite a long line, they handled everything swiftly, ensuring we were on our way in no time.

The car itself was comfortable and reliable, making our 20-day rental a pleasure. When we needed to extend our rental period, it was as easy as a quick phone call, with the staff accommodating our request without any hassle. Plus, the shuttle service provided was both convenient and manned by a wonderfully friendly driver.

Overall, I can't recommend Top Rent-A-Car enough! Their outstanding service, combined with their comfortable vehicles and accommodating staff, made our trip all the more enjoyable. Five stars all the way!

Even though arriving in Sofia in the middle of the night (02:40 am), the Top Rent A Car booth was manned at the airport. The friendly employee directed us to the pickup point outside the terminal, and a shuttle bus arrived quickly to transport us to the office some distance away.

The proceedings at the desk were fast and efficient. Plus points to the employee handling us with professionalism spiced with a nice sense of humour. :)

The car itself was just what was ordered, and surprised positively by being more powerful and nimble than my earlier experiences with the same model. I discussed this when returning the car, and it had a slightly bigger engine than most rental firms usually offer. Yet, fuel consumption stayed under 5 l/100 km (47 mpg US) regardless of the fact that we drove both on expressways and the mountains.

Price-wise, I was pleasantly surprised at the price-quality ratio.

Maybe it also merits mention that everyone we met from the company spoke good English.

All aspects of the car rental process including hiring and returning the vehicle are very well thought of - from the bottles of water on arrival to the car toys for my children.
The only issue I personally had was that the shuttle bus did not have the TopRentACar logo anywhere on it, so I missed the first one. The issue was quickly rectified by a member of the team. I had a really positive experience. I would highly recommend!

Great car and convenient collection from the airport. We used a third party site and added the full insurance cover but was more than a little disappointed to be told that this cover was inadequate and that we would need to add additional insurance on collection. We did decline as this would nearly double the hire cost.
Be cautious if booking via a comparison site.
To be honest, I would book direct with this company to save the worry in the future.
Drop off was easy and the staff extremely helpful.

The car it self was definitely fine, is my second time taking same.
Unfortunately the service from the staff was extremely unpleasant since day one....
That's very sad because next time I will think before I choose my service company!
The management of the company should make a better training for the staff in different departments, how they should treat the costumers! I'm really sorry but when you pay for service, talk politely, you should take better than that . Is extremely unacceptable to talk over your costumers and with rude tone!
